Her passion for grassroots activism began at just 15 when she started volunteering for local campaigns. By age 20, she was managing a winning state house race while simultaneously pursuing her degree in Political Science and Mass Communications at Morningside University. At 25, Nicole made history as the youngest woman elected to the Sergeant Bluff City Council, unseating two incumbents. Following eight years of dedicated service as a councilwoman, she’s now an award-winning author and blogger.
